Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform and secure payment services. Shopify accepts most of the online payments service like PayPal, credit card, ecc. We do not accept cash on delivery payment.

You’ll get an order confirmation to your e-mail as soon as you complete the checkout. If you can’t find it, don’t panic. It’s likely that it ends up in the SPAM. If it isn’t even there, check you entered the correct e-mail address and that the payment is completed.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design. We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles.
