Returns
Briefly. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, you should contact our support at info@nerostreetstyle.com and inform us about the reason of your will to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please, read carefully all the instructions:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nerostreetstyle.com with your enquiry.
Please check carefully your size in the size chart to avoid exchanges for products with wrong sizes. Every product type has its own size chart.
It is not possible to exchange the item with a different model from the one that the customer purchased. - Return shipping costs, as well as customs duties (Non-EU nationals), shall be covered by the customer. The cost of shipping depends on the courier chosen by the customer.
As soon as the parcel is delivered to our warehouse, we will check the integrity of the product and will process the refund required. Refund will be credited to the same method of payment. The refund period may vary according to the payment method provided for the refund.
How to return the items?
The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all labels and packaging considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and they must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or used as a single outer packaging. The returns of these items will be refused and not refunded if the product show signs of use.
All returned items are subject to inspection by NERO STREET STYLE review team and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return process.
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors please report the incident within 3 working days to customer support by writing an email to info@nerostreetstyle.com to agree the return method.
Please note: In order to speed up the return check process we strongly recommend to use a traceable shipping service and forward us the tracking number. We cannot accept any liability on the return shipping.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The refund is made by crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase within 14 working days (Monday-Friday);
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
